Bio
Sam Kelly-Quattrocchi is the Government Relations Manager for Lane Transit District. Prior to LTD, he served as a Legislative & Economic Development Analyst for the City of Springfield, and Program Coordinator for the City of Eugene. He earned his Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at University of Washington and his Bachelors Degree with Honors in Human Development & Family Studies/Sociology from Oregon State University.
