Arrowhead Drug Screening LLC is a local, Oregon-based, TPA providing statewide and nationwide DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing, Consortium/TPA program management, training and compliance services. We support FMCSA, FTA, FAA, FRA, and PHMSA employers with random, pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing, MRO/SAP support, MIS reporting, and audit assistance. Lab-based and instant screening are available with clinic coordination, on-site testing or mobile testing using our private restroom RV. 24/7/365 mobile and on-site services available. Our staff has over 25 years of experience in the drug and alcohol testing industry and has extensive knowledge on the DOT rules and regulations. We especially love connecting with employers to help streamline their drug and alcohol testing programs, using digital options whenever possible to reduce errors, paperwork and wait times.
